6. Do not sell or share my personal information

For California residents (CCPA / CPRA): You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Our use of Google Analytics and Google Ads for cross-site measurement may qualify as “sharing” under California law. These tools only operate after you provide consent via our cookie banner.

We respond to all verifiable privacy requests within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. California residents may use an authorised agent with written permission.

8. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. If your browser or a browser extension has GPC enabled, we treat this as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information – no further action is required from you. Our consent management platform (Complianz) is configured to detect and honour GPC signals automatically.

GPC is supported by: Brave Browser, Firefox with Privacy Badger, and the DuckDuckGo browser extension.

10. Security, children & other disclosures

Data security

We use HTTPS encryption, restrict internal access to personal data, and partner only with reputable providers. No internet transmission is 100% secure. If you suspect a breach, contact us immediately at contact@q-pros.com.

Children

Our services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Contact us immediately if you believe a child has submitted personal data through our site.
